Sculpt and Tone Package

Incredible benefits can be seen after one session, but for sustained, amplified and ideal results, we recommend investing in our Sculpt Package of 4x consecutive treatments or checking out our Online Self Sculpt Program.

Why?

1/3 of Lymphatic fluid (around 3 litres) needs to be eliminated daily, and lymph does not pump on its own, which means even if you experience incredible results after your first session, accumulation is likely to return.

Things like structural imbalances(poor posture), poor breathing/ diaphragmatic movement, tight tissue, and day-to-day stress (impacting vagal tone, hormones and gut health) cause lymphatic accumulation to return OR the initial results may not be as enhanced as you had desired.

Multiple sessions are recommended and crucial to keep your body in motion and your desired results attainable.

FAQs

What is Lymphatic Drainage?

Lymphatic massage, also known as Manual lymphatic drainage, is a specialised form of massage that focuses on stimulating the lymphatic system. It involves gentle, rhythmic movements, techniques and pumps designed to encourage lymph flow, enhance lymphatic circulation, and promote the removal of toxins, waste, and excess fluid from the body.

Our Lymphatic Sculpt Session include Brazillian Lymphatic Drainage techniques that include faster rhythmic motions to help sculpt targeting areas of the body.

The lymphatic system is responsible for maintaining the body's fluid balance, transportation of nutrients and minerals to the tissues of the body, filtering potentially harmful metabolic waste; and supporting immune function. However, the lymphatic system does not have a pump like the heart in the circulatory system, so when it's impaired, that fluid in around the cells gets stuck, delaying the body's ordinary functionality and causing swelling, lethargy, tiredness, heavy legs, and inflammation and ‘toxic’ fatty tissue.

During our sessions, light pressure and rhythmic movements are used in specific areas of the body, following the natural flow of the lymphatic vessels. These techniques help to open up the pathways, promote the drainage of stagnation and reduce systemic inflammation and swelling.

Are there side effects?

Since you’re promoting ideal lymph movement—something your body is meant to do naturally—there is little risk with lymphatic drainage, considering you have no underlying conditions or inflammation.

However, you want to make sure you’re doing it properly and in the right direction otherwise for ideal sustained results.

If your body is suffering from inflammation or deeper underlying conditions you may experience detox symptoms like: fogginess, lethargy, tiredness, headaches, achy-ness and things could potentially get worse before they get better. If this is you I recommend booking a lymphatic Wellness session instead of the Sculpt Session.

Creating more of a burden on the body is something we try to avoid and it is important we move into the system depending on your current state otherwise hitting the body hard, means it will fight back - leaving you worse off.

To get the full benefits I recommend multiple sessions, gradually strip the body of waste and gear it to work for, not against you.

What should I expect?

Lymphatic massage is a full body rejuvenation; expect to feel more contoured, and lighter, and have more mobility in certain areas that you didn’t previously have.

Prepare to feel more into your body —it’s not a Swedish massage, it’s deeper and more awakening for systems.

Note: Lymphatic Massage is a detox, be prepared to pee more, as lymph starts moving properly; so definitely hydrate pre and post-massage to help everything move smoothly.
